AiVortX LLC (“AiVortX,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your Personal Information when you visit our website at https://www.aivortx.com or otherwise use the Platform as described further in the Terms of Service, and that you may provide in electronic messages to AiVortX.

2. The Types of Information That AiVortX Collects About You and How AiVortX Collects Information About You

AiVortX may collect two types of information from you when you visit the Platform: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (collectively “Information”).

  • Non-Personal Information means data that is about you but does not identify you specifically. If you browse, read pages, or view content on our Platform, we will gather and store Information about your visit that does not identify you personally.

3. How AiVortX Uses Personal Information It Collects About You and the Purposes for the Collection and Use

We use Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • For Functionality and Development of the Platform and AiVortX Services. We use information to provide, offer, and personalize the Platform and Services. For example, your IP address facilitates network connectivity, measures usage, diagnoses server issues, and provides security features. We use data for analysis, testing, improving, or developing new products, services, and technologies, and to identify trends. Some features may leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance performance, but we do NOT retain Personal Information to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models, including data from third-party APIs (e.g., Google Workspace APIs). AiVortX’s use and transfer of information from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
  • For Customer Support, Platform Updating, and Reporting. We use information to provide updates, reports, and customer support, verify eligibility for promotions, and ensure the Platform functions properly.
  • For Business Operations. We use information for accounting, auditing, billing, fraud prevention, protecting legal rights, and performing contractual obligations. We may contact you to advertise, market, or sell AiVortX Services per your communication preferences.
  • To Communicate. We use contact information to send messages, respond to customer service requests, provide security updates, or share marketing materials like newsletters, per your preferences.

AiVortX is the Data Controller for Personal Information collected through the Platform in the EEA and UK, except where we act as a Data Processor for Services or as noted in supplemental policies.

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, including legal, regulatory, or reporting requirements. Retention periods consider the data’s nature, sensitivity, and purpose. You may request deletion (see “Your Legal Rights” below). We may anonymize data for research or statistical purposes, using it indefinitely without further notice.

4. How AiVortX Protects Your Information

The Platform employs reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect Personal Information against loss, destruction, or unauthorized access, alteration, use, or disclosure. We require suppliers and vendors to apply similar protections. Users must also protect their data and systems. We do NOT share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties without your express written consent. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with suppliers for analysis or product development. AiVortX does not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation.

7. Links to Other Websites and Services

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including their data collection, use, or disclosure. This includes third-party sites, app developers, or social media platforms.

8. Do Not Track

The Platform does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

For EEA, UK, or Swiss data, we adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), UK Extension, and Swiss-U.S. DPF, certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We take additional safeguards for international transfers and may disclose information to meet legal requirements. The Federal Trade Commission oversees our DPF compliance.

12. Data Privacy Framework

AiVortX LLC complies with the EU-U.S. DPF, UK Extension, and Swiss-U.S. DPF. We adhere to the DPF Principles for processing personal data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland. If conflicts arise between this Privacy Policy and DPF Principles, the Principles govern. Visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/ for more information or to view our certification. We will notify you promptly if our DPF certification is withdrawn or invalidated and take steps to remediate unauthorized processing.

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia may have additional rights under state laws (e.g., CCPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, VCDPA), including:
