Some features may leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance performance, but we do NOT retain Personal Information to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models, including data from third-party APIs (e.g., Google Workspace APIs). AiVortX’s use and transfer of information from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• For Customer Support, Platform Updating, and Reporting. We use information to provide updates, reports, and customer support, verify eligibility for promotions, and ensure the Platform functions properly.
• For Business Operations. We use information for accounting, auditing, billing, fraud prevention, protecting legal rights, and performing contractual obligations. We may contact you to advertise, market, or sell AiVortX Services per your communication preferences.

AiVortX LLC complies with the EU-U.S. DPF, UK Extension, and Swiss-U.S. DPF. We adhere to the DPF Principles for processing personal data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland.
